Eligibility
The Academy is open to all motivated high school students currently in grades 9–12. We welcome applications from students across the United States and internationally who demonstrate strong academic standing, leadership potential, and an interest in hospitality. Requirements include an academic transcript, letter of recommendation, and brief personal statement where students share their interests, experiences, goals, and reasons for applying.

How to Apply
Applications are conducted online and are reviewed on a rolling basis. Enrollment is limited to 30 students to ensure a highly personalized experience. Early application is encouraged to secure a place. Click Here to Apply Now.

Waitlist Policy
Once the program is full, qualified applicants will be placed on a waitlist. If a spot opens, waitlisted students are contacted in the order their applications were received.

Scholarships & Financial Aid
A limited number of partial merit-based scholarships are available to students who demonstrate academic excellence, hospitality leadership, or financial need. Families may request more information at admissions@younghoteliers.org.

Fundraising
Platforms such as GoFundMe allow students to share their goals with family, friends, and community members who may wish to contribute. Local businesses, chambers of commerce, or service clubs (such as Rotary, Lions, Kiwanis, or Hotel & Tourism Associations) often support ambitious young leaders through small sponsorships or scholarships.

Travel Insurance
To protect their investment, families may choose to purchase affordable “Cancel for Any Reason” travel insurance. This coverage can substantially reimburse tuition and travel costs in the event of illness, emergencies, or unexpected changes. Contact Trawick Insurance for more information.

Admissions Support
Our team is available to guide families through every step of the admissions process. For questions about eligibility, travel, tuition, or scholarships, parents may contact the Admissions Office at admissions@younghoteliers.org.
